Can I see a GP or nurse in the evening and at weekends?
Yes, you can see a GP or nurse as appropriate between the hours of 8am and 8pm on Monday to Friday and between 9am and 1pm on Saturday.
Will I have to register with the practice to use it?
Yes, patients must register with the Meadow Dale Group Practice to see a GP or nurse.
Can I register as a patient at the centre?
Yes, the Meadow Dale Group Practice is accepting new patients. New patients who wish to register must residents from within the practice boundary which consists of the following wards: Brighouse; Calder; Elland; Greetland and Stainland; Hipperholme and Lightcliffe; Illingworth and Mixenden; Luddendenfoot; Northowram and Shelf; Ovenden; Park; Rastrick; Ryburn; Skircoat; Sowerby Bridge; Todmorden; Town; and Warley.

Will the centre offer home visits?
Yes, home visits are available to patients registered with us. Patients must be housebound because of illness or disability.

Yes, staff will be able to access your medical records in order to offer you the best possible care.
Can I make an appointment at any of the three sites?
Yes, once registered, you can make an appointment to see a clinician at any of our three sites.
